At bedashed.com we take security very seriously. All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal, no credit card information is stored on bedashed.com. Our business is built around our customers and we will never compromise this relationship.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Our handling and shipping charges are free within Canada and the USA. International shipping rates will be calculated based on the size of your order and the country of destination.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Canada Post using the standard shipping method from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Books can take up to 10 business days to be delivered within Canada, and 4-6 weeks within the USA.

Canadian Customers

All orders are in USD FUNDS, including shipping and handling charges, if applicable.

International Customers

If you are an international user of bedashed.com and purchased products you will be notified via email with the additional shipping charges. We will not ship your order until the charges have been paid in full.

Shipping Restrictions

While we are able to ship to virtually any location in the world, certain areas carry a premium for shipping. As such for these areas we are unable to offer our standard flat-rate or free shipping methods. We will still ship to these areas, however we will contact you once your order has been made to let you know of any additional costs.

Our return policy:

All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will determine if a price adjustment or refund is warranted and respond back to you. We do not accept returns on purchases made with credits.

Orders after 5 days of receipt of your order will not receive a refund and are not eligible for exchange.

Bedashed credits:

Credits are awarded to a member of bedashed.com based on their activity on the website. Sholomoh Media Inc. reserves the right to change the amount of credits rewarded to an individual user of bedashed.com at any point in time.

Credits do not have any cash value and can only be used to redeem product rewards.

Credits are rewarded based on your time with God by journaling in your prayer journal or praise journal.

Using your prayer and praise journal to only gain credits rewards in not permitted. Sholomoh Media Inc. reserves the right to analyze your credits rewards to ensure proper use of the prayer and praise journal and whether or not a credit purchase can be honored. We will notify you, if we believe your using credits inappropriately and we reserve the right to remove your credit rewards at any point in time.

In the event of a server failure or power outage, credits lost due to a restoration of the server and its databases cannot be restored or reassigned and will be lost.
